Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Saffr account or using the Saffr app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Saffr.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Saffr. We check date of birth during onboarding and do not permit accounts for anyone younger.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Impersonating another person or creating a fake profile is not allowed.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of everything you post, including portfolio media, posts, project details, and messages.
• By posting content, you grant Saffr a license to host, display, and distribute it within the app so the app can function (e.g. showing your posts to other users, showing your portfolio on your profile).
• You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. Don't post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates others
• Use Saffr to spam, scrape, or harvest other users' data
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the app's security or infrastructure
• Use Saffr for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Projects and collaboration

Saffr's Projects feature lets creators post and join creative projects and send collaboration requests. Saffr facilitates these connections but is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or payment between creators. Any collaboration, contract, or dispute between users is between those users; Saffr is not responsible for the outcome.

7. Messaging

Direct messages are for genuine communication between creators. Don't use messaging to spam, harass, or solicit users for unrelated purposes.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law.

9. Disclaimers

Saffr is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, the outcome of connections or collaborations made through the app, or content posted by users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saffr and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect. Continued use of Saffr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
